My work has taken me to many countries and a range of industries, where I worked with, was managed by and directly managed many talented individuals from around the world.

Part 1

I spent first part of my career working at an investment bank in a range of roles in London and Zurich 

• Coding math models, creating strategy indices and growing that business as a quant strategist

• Creating exotic structured products and working with sales teams to sell those to institutional investors and hedge funds

• Trading (and risk managing) vanilla and exotic options - our FX options trading desk was one of the top 3 trading desks in the world 

As a part of my job, I had direct PnL responsibility. I also worked with software engineers and quants from around the world to build tools and products. Those products had direct commercial impact and were deployed globally to internal and external clients. 

Part 2

For the past several years, I have been building products and product teams. I have led product teams in a range of technology companies 

• Seed to Series A+

• Growth stage 

• Late stage / PE backed

I have worked on a range of products - from fintech, insurtech to grocery & food delivery, travel and a telco. The products that my team built are used by millions of users around Asia and Australia. Some of those products and start-ups failed while many were successful.

As a part of my job, I have built and led large teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists and data analysts around Asia - Singapore, Taiwan, China, India and Sri Lanka
